About The Studio Sage

The Studio Sage helps founders and growing businesses bring clarity and steadiness to how their work is structured and managed.

I work with people who can sense that their business has outgrown its original shape. What once worked now requires more effort. Decisions take longer. Systems multiply. People quietly burn out because the structure no longer supports their work.

My work sits between thinking and doing.

Before this practice, I spent more than fifteen years in senior operational and leadership roles across logistics, agriculture, retail, wellness, hospitality, and childcare. I’ve held responsibility for finance, HR, payroll, compliance, insurance, governance, and multi-entity operations often simultaneously within businesses with dozens of staff, complex regulatory obligations, and high operational risk.

I’ve helped launch new ventures, stabilise growing ones, and redesign systems that had become fragile under scale. I’ve worked closely with directors, investors, and frontline teams translating strategy into structures that actually worked for the people doing the work.

Today, I bring that experience into a quieter, more intentional practice.

I help redesign the structure beneath a business; how responsibilities are held, how decisions move, how work flows and where it’s useful, I provide ongoing support to keep the financial, digital, operational and compliance systems functioning day to day.

I believe organisations work best when they are designed with care: clear, practical, human in scale, and built to last.

Structure isn’t about control.
It’s about support.
