I offer experienced behind-the-scenes support across operations, people, systems, projects, and day-to-day business coordination, helping founder-led businesses run more smoothly, with more structure and less pressure sitting with the owner.
My background is built on hands-on operational work across logistics, agriculture, retail, wellness, hospitality, and childcare. Over the years, I have worked in senior roles managing the day-to-day running of businesses across finance, payroll, HR, compliance, insurance, administration, reporting, systems, projects and team coordination.
I understand how quickly important operational work can pile up in the background. Processes become inconsistent, staff need direction, projects lose momentum, and the business starts relying too heavily on one person to hold everything together.
